Mornington District Basketball Association is seeking expressions of interest for the voluntary position of Treasurer on the Committee of Management.
We are looking for a current MDBA member who is a CPA qualified accountant, to provide financial oversight and support the Association’s governance responsibilities. The Committee of Management meets six times per year and the Treasurer works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Officer to ensure MDBA remains compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
The Treasurer will review and present the financial report prepared by the Finance Officer at each Committee meeting, and provide financial oversight.
