BREAKERS COACH & TEAM MANAGER SCREENING

Before anyone can undertake the role of Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager they must complete the VJBL Member Protection Declaration and have it witnessed by a Justice of the Peace and also complete the coaching conduct form.

In addition to the above all Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Managers must read the Basketball Victoria Child Safeguard Code of Conduct, sign and date Page 7 confirming you have read and accept the code and return a signed copy.

The signed forms must be submitted using the online form. Anyone who undertakes this role without being approved will obtain a fine for their team.
