For complaints or feedback of a general nature in relation to Mornington District Basketball Association (MDBA), such as breach of Basketball Victoria Codes of Conduct, breach of MDBA By Laws, grading, match day operations, referees, team staff, employees, member conduct, facilities or any other general matter please follow the below process:
- Feedback or complaints are to be placed in writing and submitted directly to the registered Team Manager or registered Coach in the absence of a Team Manager.
- Team Manger or Coach will determine if the matter is to be escalated to the Club (if applicable) or Mornington District Basketball Association directly.
- All complaints from a participant of a “Club” team be it a player, parent, spectator, coach or team staff must be directed through the relevant club President who will liaise directly with MDBA if required.
- Match protests must be lodged in writing and be submitted to the MDBA General Manager, via your club or Team Manager (independent teams only) within 48 hours of the completion of the match.
- If the feedback or complaint is not in regards to a matter directly associated with a team or club, is serious of nature or highly confidential then the matter should be forwarded directly to manager@morningtonbasketball.com.au or if the matter is urgent call 0427 305 536.
- You must provide true, accurate and detailed information.
