SUMMER 23.24 INFORMATION GUIDE DOMESTIC TEAM REGISTRATION

Mornington Basketball Summer 22/24 domestic competition season will commence from Monday 2nd of October 2023.

Our Summer 23.24 Information Guide provides members with specific details regarding, dates, schedules, registrations, finals, timing, member protection. Please take the time to read the guide prior to the season starting.

Team registrations for Summer 23.24 are now open and will close on Friday 8th of September 2023. We have a number of team registration capacities on each age group. Due to this some competitions registration may close sooner than the final registration date on 8th of September 2023.

Every player MUST BE REGISTERED online in PlayHQ by 29th of September 2023. Teams must have 5 or more players registered by Friday 22th of September to be fixtured into the competition.

All team staff MUST do the following prior to entering our venues:

• Hold a valid Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC) and MUST have Mornington District Basketball Association (MDBA) listed as an organisation you are associated with;
• Register online with their team in PlayHQ (obtain link from Team Manager or person who registered the team);
• Complete prior to undertaking any role with your team a Member Protection Form, have it signed by a Justice of the Peace and uploaded to MDBA by submitting this form Upload your Member Protection Form Here; and
• Sign in at every game and present your WWCC card.
